I purchased nearly $400 in merchandise only to receive an email notifying me that my order was canceled due to an issue processing my payment. However, there was no issue processing my payment and Showpo collected the full amount without issuing a refund or sending out my order. TOTAL SCAMMERS
Eric was so helpful! Unfortunately, I had a terrible buying experience as both of the dresses that I bought to wear at my own hens were disappointing. One was damaged and the other was very poor quality and was yellow in colour. But Erin in customer service was so helpful in getting this updated for me and issuing me a full refund. Cannot fault the service team!
I bought a really cute top from them and only wore it about 4 times before a button broke. I was very gentle with it and had not washed it. The buttons are impossible to find a replacement for and they would not send me a replacement button. The customer service was not good and just kept repeating the same pre written responses to me. Very frustrating to get so few uses out of such an expensive top. I would not recommend shopping there, your money is better spent elsewhere!!
The whole process from start to finish is fast, reponsive with before if not on time delivery!Returns ....It's not amazing but good!... Especially for those who want a refund(afterpay, klarna etc) NOT a STORE CREDIT ( Store credit is good for people who can afford to.....try multiple sizes or styles,.Send back and credit accounts, others that need to pay afterpay, etc, not so much🙃Apart from this....love the all-inclusive sizes (All inclusive pic as a plus size that lost weight recently.....looooove 🥰😜) Would love more midi lengths for the bigger ladies (classy not arrrsey😉). Otherwise I'm here... buying my fits for nearly every event big or small.🤎💛🩶
