I placed an order and it didn’t arrive, it took almost a week for them to confirm it was lost and issue a refund. I thought it was a fluke and placed another order (I know, that’s on me). Second order also didn’t arrive by the estimated date. Customer service was unhelpful and I might have to wait another week. Save your time and money.

Unfortunately, the same issue occurred with my second purchase. However, the team efficiently processed my credit upon receiving the proof of return, rather than making me wait for the item to be sent back. I ordered a dress and day 7 came around it hadn't arrived. I contacted showpo to pay to ship it back for a refund (even though it hadn't arrived, just in case I didn't like the dress). Well I didn't like it. I mailed it back for a refund. I received an email shortly after saying my refund was being processed. It now been ONE month and my money has not been returned! This store is a scam and a joke. I've followed up with customer service and have not received an email.
