Charisa from Showpo is actually my savior. prom is super soon & the dress I returned had been stuck in transit for a couple of days & i needed the store credit to purchase the new dress i’d wear. she added my credit back to my account & reassured me about my package. just bought the navy wrap your troubles dress & im so pumped to get it!!
I ordered a top but when it arrived it was too big, I immediately did a refund but couldn't wait for store credit to come through as i needed the top straight away. So i ordered the same top in a smaller size which meant I had paid for 2 but only needed one. The refund policy says you will receive store credit for returns, but i emailed showpo to see what they could do. They were so helpful, responded to my email within hours and said they would give me a cash refund for one top even though it isn't policy! I was really happy with the customer service 😊
When ordering my dress it gave me an ETA of March 5. I paid for the express shipping to make sure it gets here by that date for my event on Friday and still no dress. And they tell you that you can track your package but I’ve been tracking it everyday so far and says it’s still in Australia...but it’s okay you can contact someone and they’ll get back to you with any questions or concerns right?WRONG. Love the dresses from the website but certainly not happy with the service at all. 👎
