Customer service was fast and amazing, the description of sizing not so much. I upsized my purchase as the deacription said the dress had no stretch, and the dress arrived fitting 2 sizes smaller. Return process was simple and easy.
I have just received the greatest support from The Showpo team, in particular I’d like to mention Andrea as she guided and explained everything I needed to do for a refund. Couldn’t be more happier with the team. Seriously great customer service!
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Terrible company, claims to provide same day or next day delivery but fails to deliver this. I had an order cancelled/put on hold because I asked for the delivery refunded- to then be told that the payment wasn’t received (money out of my account as soon as I pressed confirm order) I even received a confirmation email for the order, which wouldn’t occur if you did not provide full payment. Terrible customer service. Spoke to a lady over the phone who basically stated she didn’t know what was happening and that it wasn’t her fault. I’ve actually used this company a handful of times but the last 3 attempts to shop off their site have been nothing but hassle. Also they provide you a refund in credit which is confusing as it does not say anything about not being liable for a full refund- a friend of mine has had to take this company to fair trading because of this. I’ve advised friends of mine not to order of this site- a total mess.
My experience with Showpo was really positive. I purchased a pair of jeans but size was too big, so I had to make a return. Unfortunately I couldn’t access the section “orders” in my account, so I sent an email to the customer care team and they solved the problem promptly! Quality of the product is great by the way so can’t complain:) I would definitely recommend buying from Showpo!
Have bought a handful of items from showpo over the years and never happy with the items. Have to keep returning item after item which leaves me with more credit as they dont give refunds, so I'm stuck in this cycle. The prices are fairly high for below average quality clothing. Fabric often feels cheap, items are transparent so you can see through. Have just received another item after trying to get rid of my credit again and same issue. At this point I dont even want to bother returning for another credit note & trying to reorder something else (AGAIN). Don't be fooled by the nice model pics of the items, i was. Wont be wasting another dollar on showpo again.
Have had a really terrible time liaising with Showpo. Firstly receiving an item several days later than the express delivery I paid for, and then having absolutely no one come back to me in customer service to return the item was was poor quality. (now a month since I first contacted them) really disappointed and frustrated that I’ve essentially lost my money with no one returning my emails.
