The item of clothing I had was way too oversized, but the customer service team were absolutely excellent in helping me return and get a store credit so I could swap it for something else in time for an event I have.

I used to love showpo - but now I’m just disappointed

I used to love showpo and have ordered there before, however my most recent experience was absolutely awful. They offer same day shipping (Sydney, AUS) if you order before 1pm - which I made sure I did as I needed those dresses for an upcoming event the next day. I received my confirmation within a couple of minutes, however I never received my order! I got in touch with 3 different customer service agents, all just saying “sorry we need to look further into it”. Why offer same day delivery if you can’t hold your promises? If I knew I wouldn’t receive my order in time I could’ve shopped somewhere else - got my event coming up and no outfit, cheers for that. When I said how disappointed I am I got told I will get the costs for express delivery ($14.95) refunded - not even a discount code for my next order or any other remuneration, that’s just really poor.. for someone being a regular and spending more than $500 on an order.. really expected more compensation for messing me around on my weekend!
