Great brand. Received my order within 4 days of purchase! One of my dresses did have a minor ink mark where the strap met the dress material. I emailed their customer service ASAP, and they resolved the issue within one hour of my email with a 50% store credit for the amount of the dress. Great customer service, great products! highly recommend. I will be shopping in the future with them again!!
I've ordered from Showpo a couple of times and on this occasion I ordered the wrong size, after emailing the customer service team they were right onto helping me with the return and credit. Quality of the items ordered was also great.
This review is about the returns process. I lodged a return that was super easy and dropped the parcel off at Aus post. Two weeks later it hasn't moved. I contact Aus post and showpo for help and showpo were so good about it. The package was deemed lost in transit! But showpo refunded me thankfully. So grateful for their support and will shop with them in the future
I had very good experience so far. Ordered dress on Wednesday arvo and it arrived on Friday. Unfortunately dress had a faults, so I contacted customer service in regards of return. After completing online return process, Ida (customer service representative) got back to me within 2 minutes confirming acceptance of the return.I have not posted parcel yet, as it all happened so sudden, but I am positive, that this case will be closed with no issues.
