Today, I was charged 90,- EUR on my credit card for a purchase at Smallpdf, that I didn't even recognize.I did not purchase this, and I don't know the software. I asked for a refund, but don't have high hopes. I will just make a chargeback with my credit card company, and I'll leave negative reviews everywhere. I will advice everyone the same.Leave negative reviews everywhere, I will make a group of people to leave masses of bad reviews.
I started their free trial and after 3 days I was charge $15, I cancelled the subscription right away of seeing the fee on my debit cardNever trust this company stealing your money. It's much better if you subscribe on Adobe Acrobat for 7days free trial. Stay Away of this Company.
I had an issue with my subscription, through no fault of Smallpdf. I emailed there customer support and explained the issue.I received an email back from Shannen (customer support) in a very prompt and professional manner.Shannen asked me to provide him with certain details, of which I did, as a result a short time later Shannen responded with the appropriate and correct details. I then proceeded to rectify the problem from my end, and all was resolved in a professional and timely manner.I could not be more satisfied with the support I received. well done Shannen and thank you for your great assistance.RegardsSteve
I started their free trial and was charged £81 unwillingly without any further communication. I cancelled the subscription within less than 24 hours of seeing the fee on my debit card and contacted their support team who were completely dismissive. I advise everyone to not use their services at all. There are other companies who are trustworthy as this one's practice feels deceptive and unfair.
