Awful, I am an unemployed student and I alreday explained to them I need the refund because I forgot to cancel the subscription after the trial period. The amount charged will make a big difference for my survival and they don't even reply to my email.

Unfair Charge and Poor Customer Support

Very disappointed with Smallpdf. I tried to cancel my free trial, but the cancellation option was impossible to find. As soon as the charge appeared (still pending), I contacted both my bank and Smallpdf immediately. Despite acting right away and not using the service, they refused to refund me and kept sending generic replies. This feels unfair and misleading for users. I do not recommend this service.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience — the company seems to be a complete fraud. After canceling my subscription, I was still charged, and customer support was extremely rude and unable to resolve the issue. Specifically, I can highlight the poor service from Michelle and Shannen, representatives of their customer support team. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CREDIT CARD DATA WITH THEM.

Small pdf helped me a lot through their features. They also provided excellent customer services related subscription. Definitely will subscribe again whenever I need it :)
