Horrible website

Can't just post reviews to help people when you want to post you're forced into signing up...wouldn't be so bad if I was forced to upload a receipt for proof of purchase fore their algorithm would probably delete the review. Total BS site.

This review site is a scam

This review site is a scam. I received a negative review that was totally untrue. I asked them to remove it and sent proof it was incorrect but they didn't want to know. I know of other business owners that have had fake negative reviews too and site jabber will only remove it if they pay. Also as soon as you start complaining they pay to get to the top of your businesses search results to try and panic you into paying up. Don't use.

Don’t trust sitejabber

I’ve just found a review supposedly made by me on sitejabber of a really bad online clothing. The review praises the company. I didn’t write the review but it comes from my profile!!! I also sent a review about 3 weeks ago to sitejabber on a fragrance company (fragrance direct). I wrote a very good review, but sitejabber hasn’t published it. The other reviews on sitejabber are mostly bad for fragrance direct.

Another website weaponising reviews at the expense of small businesses.

SiteJabber is another website weaponising reviews at the expense of small businesses. Their business model is simple, create a space for posting anonymous reviews which are often of defamatory nature and then approach businesses to claim their front storefront and make them pay subscriptions for attempting to salvage their online reputation. Nothing new.
