Review Time
...until I had an experience with an actual scam website - MBenzGram.com. Trustpilot picked up on them posting a bunch of fake reviews, where they have a 2.2 star average and a warning label. On SiteJabber, the scam website has 4.35 stars and tons and tons of fake reviews that there seems to be no way to report or have taken down. Now I realize that TrustPilot is better.
Sitejabber is a criminal enterprise. They only allow (un-verified) negative reviews (denying all positive reviews - we had 100s denied) and then try to blackmail you into buying their premium "service" in order to receive positive reviews. Beyond predatory scam.
Another scam website similar to a company that goes by Ye$p and unfortunately, they had defame your company end in name of “customers service” the ones that are defrauding legal small businesses. So after some digging we found out that they somehow got a fraudulent grant from the National Science Foundation what a bunch of garbage. This is where we're going to start to complain and we're going to get to the bottom of this fraudulent grant that they got.Secondly if you don't pay for their so-called services then your website and legitimate reviews Gets stifled. A scam is a scam is a scam no matter which way you try to spin it sitejabber is a scam website.Do not pay these ass-holes a dime.keep stifling our reviews we're coming after your bull-$hits ass company for all the fraud that it has done. The employees for this company please be aware and be warned you're working for a fraudulent company who defrauds small business.
SiteJabber was referring its visitors to a one star review of my website at the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which does not exist! My website has not been reviewed by the BBB. SiteJabber must be mistaking identity of someone else and unintentionally spreading false BBB rating, thus unintentionally defamating my website with an unintentional libelous claim or reference to a non-existent one-star BBB review. After I've contacted SiteJabber and asked to remove the erroneous reference they did not reply. UPDATE (November 2022): SiteJabber has updated my website review and therefore I upped my review of SiteJabber to 4 stars now.
I had an account on Sitejabber for almost a year. I had written 8 reviews and had 8 helpful votes. But then just a few weeks ago, I got shadow-banned—for no apparent reason. All my reviews were removed publicly, and became visible ONLY when I logged in. I sent Sitejabber an e-mail asking why, but got NO response. So, just for an experiment, I sent them another e-mail (from another account) pretending to be a company manager who didn't like some negative reviews left for his company. And guess what? They RESPONDED! Here's part of their response: "Thanks for reaching out!"If you haven't already, I would claim your business profile by registering for a free business account . . . ."So, if you're a business that's reporting a "problem," they care enough to respond. But if you're "just" a normal user and want to know why you got shadow-banned, they don't care. Please stay away from this corrupt company! 🤮
