Review Time
Tried to leave a review on SiteJabber... I have a login there and have filed reviews in the past, but all the links on their page related to login functionality were dead.Expected to write my review, and then log in in the process of filing it. Then I tried logging in before starting to write up my review. But in each case the site was effectively inaccessible to me. Had a proof of purchase photo and everything.Seems like SiteJabber is not interested in community reviews any more. I won't waste my time with them in future.
Our customers have been leaving positive reviews on SiteJabber but SiteJabber refuses to publish positive reviews unless we pay for their service. This company is a complete scam and claim to be the good guys but truthfully they are what’s wrong with review business in general.
They will not and do not appreciate 100% open honest real website/business reviews. They didn't even suspend or close my account they just made it so I cant click on anything on their website(I checked on three different browsers)except customer support.I contacted them and told them what is going on with their website and they responded with "oh we can't duplicate the problem" and then never responded or replyed to me again but yet the keep sending me automated emails about other things.Responding by asking me to contact them is simply unprofessional since I have already contacted them and they didn't respond, they didn't care to "look deeper" because if they wanted to find out if something were wrong with their website(which there is) they would have done it when I contacted them.I DID previously contact them with all the details several times.Their response to my review is just insulting and proves my point. Also another reviewer has reported the same thing is happening to them so this backs up what I am saying as truth. What is also true is I have never been contacted by site jabber after leaving a positive review and asked by them to change it to a negative review. All my reviews I have left are of my own accord/volition.
As others have said they post negative reviews and not positive reviews. This is clearly to "encourage" you to pay for the premium membership to address this. We have many customers that have told us they have initiated a positive review and have a confirmation email yet the review never posts. We have reached out to Sitejabber about this and get a canned response that is a cut and paste. Ironic that there is a scam site about being scammed.
I wrote a negative review on about a dating website. I'm not sure it got saved due to me being too quick fingered. I tried to sign back into site jabber and forgot my password. I requested an email three times to reset my password. I'm still waiting for their email. I'd say they are a scam and could be tied to shady scam sites to protect them. The reason I say that, is the company I wrote the truthful negative review on, contacted me wanting me to agree to not say anything negative about them. Only then would they take my profile off line. Looks like info sharing to me. Sitejabber will take money however it comes.
