What a joke

They allow fake spam reviews to be published on your company profile. 1 star obviously FAKE reviews that they say they need 5-10 business days to take down. Looks like they have zero human moderation over there. Crypto spam reviews are being published on legitimate business profiles and they will not take it down in any expedient manner. Pitched me their paid services when I requested that obvious spam reviews be removed.EDIT: Responding to their comment, no, not every review platform is dealing with this. Some review platforms employ human moderators to verify the identity of every reviewer before publishing. There is no reason a review company should not be moderating every review using a human moderator.

Site is Alive Finally!

With my below statement, Sitejabber promptly came up with the solution and I am so glad to change the decision. Thank you Sitejabber for your help. [Old Statement] Its a site where no one responds back and they write your company negative reviews so you can create an account on their site. No one replies back, review sites must validate the reviews before they post but this site is a real spammer.

SEEMINGLY SHADY CONNECTION BETWEEN LENSA and SITEJABBER

Numerous people on Sitejabber.com--allegedly a job search evaluation site--gave bad reviews on a supposed job search site called "LENSA". What immediately made me suspicious of both Sitejabbera and Lensa is that Lensa answered a lot of the complainants by writing that "Lensa reached out to the complainant on Sitejabber's Job Resolution site bit got no answer". What?! Why would the rater of a job search website have a "job resolution site? They would have no information qualifications or manpower to do this. Sounds as if Lensa owns Sitejabber or something else shady is going on. I'd run like hell from both!

I left a review about a Bosisto's product. It was a lenghty one about the ingredients on their nasal spray which was not published on Sitejabber. They deleted it with no explanation. This leads me to believe that they are not a true representation of uncontrolled customer reviews. - response to reply by Sitejabber - it's been months and still not there 🤔
