Review Time
Initially all went well, order placed and paid for, notifcation the product had been desatched and thereafter it went down hill. Yodel, their preffered carrier, for some reason, claimed to have had the parcel but are now saying they cant locate it and I have to get in touch with Snapbuy. Despite numerous attempts via the messaging system on their website and emails not a single response. The after sales servcie is absolutley appalling and I would never use them again. To the extent I am disputing the payment with my credit card company; good luck if you use them !!!!
I had a great experience purchasing this razor for a Christmas gift for my son. It was rated pretty high and the price was extremely reasonable compared to the razors that came in behind it. I am confident based on what I read that he will be satisfied with this. I appreciated the free shipping and extra 15% off bringing it just below what I was hoping to only have to spend.
