SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY !!Selling cheap products marketed as high end deals, you may receive the product but it won’t be the quality you paid for & you won’t hear from snap-buy again if you request a return/refund I ordered a £180 vacuum cleaner based off the back of a false review page they posted, (& I foolishly fell for in a rush purchase), I purchased the product, it was not the brand they were advertising, it was cheap Chinese knock-off brand. Never heard from snap-buy again when I requested return & refund, I have had to follow up with a chargeback request via my bank, still awaiting the fund Reported to trading standards.
I bought an online vacuum cleaner from SnapbuyUK where it has a high star rating!! I was presented with an inferior vacuum cleaner and reported this matter.nobody replied. I rang the number in MUNICH but no one picked up. Has this company been reported in the Germany or the Netherlands? I am still waiting for a response after three weeks
My review is for purchasing a vacuum. I purchased the V70 vacuum after reading an article rating cordless vacuum cleaners. The V70 rated highest in every category. I’ve spent so much money on expensive vacuums that have been tremendous disappointments. I’m hoping for a much better experience this time. The only reason I didn’t leave a 5-star review is, I had a question about the purchase, but there is no customer support number given to ask questions.
