Customer service is very poor, don’t answer emails. Delivery said to be 3 to 5 days shipped 23 August still no delivery, have got tracking number for Yodel but on checking Yodel app no parcel has been received. Have received PDF regarding warranty. Surely a delivery date should be given and not wait until Yodel get in touch.
I purchased this hoover based on their reviews, a few months ago, since then, the hoover suction doesn't work and the battery reduces within 5 minsI have contacted snapbuy since August. The communication isn't consistent, with back and forth emails stating that a new battery will be sent - to date I haven't received anything. Now I am being asked to send the hoover back at my own cost, to receive my refund. I have requested that they send a courier to take the hoover , but again no communication - shambolic of a company and product!
