Review Time
I have ordered a hoover from these criminals and like hundreds of other people have said cannot get a response. The app shop are condoning this behavior by taking payment on their behalf I have used shop many times before and trusted them, I'm really disappointed with this and would like my hard earned money back. Do not use this company they will steal your money.
I bought a cordless vacuum advertised on their website and although I received one, it was not the one I had ordered. I emailed the company and it took two weeks for them to reply. They claimed the vacuum I had ordered was the only one they sold. I emailed them back with photos and haven’t heard from them since. The vacuum I have is working but already I have noticed that the battery is running down more quickly every time I use it. The company is an absolute scam. Don’t buy from it would be the advice I would give anyone!
Been waiting 8 days stated 3 to 5 days delivery. Customer service none existing one email back. Contacted Yodel courier parcel has been collected ? Automated contact which is useless no one to one contact. Alarm bells ringing will contact Paypal. The ninth day it has turned up looks good, will try it out. Customer service needs to be worked on, a simple explanation would of put my mind at rest and not thinking the worst
