the cordless vac. cleaner was faulty and I sent photos to show the fault as requested. I was informed after numerous e mails to and from them that if I posted the cleaner back to them I would be refunded in full. I am now £200 out of pocket as I have not received any money back.
Purchased a hoover from them mid November...used it briefly, the hoover itself fails to do its job. It over heats in moments doesnt pick up alot and what it does pick up falls out of the hoover when its switch off. If its faulty all i want to do is get it exchanged, otherwise i want it refunded. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service asking how to question this or return it... no reply, a 4th email was sent this morning. Extremely bad customer service... in a world where negativity spreads so quickly with social media.. not a threat just a fact!
Purchased a vacuum from these guys - never again. Zero interest in helping organise a return despite the fact the vacuum broke within a month - said 14 days had passed so their obligs were over. Not true. Statutory rights ignored. Do not buy from these people or use a credit card.
I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY .THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN CHEATS AND FRAUDSTERS. I BOUGHT A HOOVER FROM THEM FOR 179.99 POUNDS .I WENT TO CHARGE THE BATTERY BUT IT WILL NOT CHARGE. I HAVE SENT REPEATED EMAILS FOR THERE HELP BUT THEY DO NOT ANSWER.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY. THESE ARE A GERMAN COMPANY SO VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THEM SORTED.
Snapbuy was selling a vacuum X7 for $259.90, which was 50% off their regular price of $519.80. We almost immediately went for it, but decided to research more. Within minutes we found the same exact vacuum X7 at Target for the sale price of $149.90. The original price was $199.90. Be very careful when ordering from Snapbuy, do your research
The Performance Tablet is awful. The battery doesn't last at all, and the camera quality was terrible. None of the phone numbers they have on the Snapbuy site work, and the one they had on PayPal didn't work either. Dead lines. I'm trying to send it back and get a refund.
Product very poor quality although it had top reviews on company website. Vacuum is useless. We have contacted company to return goods and obtain refund but they don't answer emails nor telephone calls. Avoid or be prepared to lose your money
I placed an order for a vacuum cleaner and when it didn’t come, I notified them and they have not responded. All they did was send me a confirmation that it was ordered. They charged my credit card and did not send me any kind of shipping information. I finally found out that FedEx delivered it to the wrong house and when I contacted FedEx, they said I’m sorry we can’t do anything about it so now I had to file a claim with the company. Do not use these people go to the local store and violet. What do you need. Or get a Dyson.
