Review Time
Having read a review of a vacuum cleaner I ordered it from Snapbuy. The wrong item was delivered. I emailed them, filled in The return item form and tried calling. The phone line was in Germany and all in German. Having received no response I reported the issue to PayPal. I was then offered the opportunity to return the item with a refund. This cost me £6.50. I requested a refund as the error was theirs. I have heard nothing am not hopeful so I will never use them again.
Having read their product reviews I ordered a Vacuum Pro cordless vacuum cleaner rated 9.8 stars, rrp £498 reduced to £249. Their order acknowledgement was for the vacuum that I ordered, but when it arrived it was not the machine I’d ordered - but one that retails for £80.I’ve emailed them four times to request the correct machine or a refund but as of now have not received a reply.I will not buy from this company ever again and urge all prospective buyers to place their custom with a reputable company rather than these charlatans
