2 instances unfortunately ! 1. Took my first sneak peek December 2018 at 12 weeks and was told GIRL! I had 2 boys at home and was stoked! Found out at anatomy it was a boy and we indeed had a boy! 2. Took my second sneak peek may 2022 and was told boy at 10 weeks but we had a girl
Ordered the kit got the results was a boy at 29 weeks scan confirmed girl and then I had a girl So don't waste your money on this when asked for refund they didnt respond and I never heard for them againAnd it's probably all a big scam we were very disappointed as we did a gender reveal and everything
Ordered the test 5 days ago and haven’t even had a despatch notice or tracking number when they say orders are despatched within 2 days. Sent a follow up question on the website to ask what was happening and no response. Don’t waste your money on ordering this if you want a quick result as who knows when or if this will arrive! Wish I’d gone to my local hey baby and paid a little extra for the test to be completed there ☹️ order number #UK59601
Shockingly bad … DO NOT BUY ! messes with your emotions, terrible customer service ( or no customer service ) no one replies at all . Results take weeks !! Or do not come at all and are not accurate at all or are inconclusive . What’s the point ? Waste of money
I haven't received the test ( address was correct), tracking says it was delivery 1 week ago, but I haven't received it and there is no proof of delivery. Tried to contact customer support several times and no answer. Also there is no telephone you can call or chat. Don't use this company!
Sent my bloods off Iv been waiting 3 weeks still waiting can’t get hold of anyone no customer service and can’t even get a refund waste of 90 pound and a lot of stress waiting for results doubt I’ll ever get them but was quick enough to take my money out of my bank but customer service is just non existent Any one should AVOID and go to a local clinic absolute joke
Over the moon! We ordered the kit around 6/7 weeks and sent it off but unfortunately it came back inconclusive the first time around, it was probably a little too early and I probably did it wrong! Customer service was fab and sent another kit out straight away. This time we waited until 11/12 weeks and sent it off again and got a boy result! Just been for our 16 week scan and it’s undeniably a boy bouncing around in there ❤️ so so happy!!
Ordered the test which came the day after. Followed the instructions carefully. I took the test at 13 weeks 4 days. Sent the test off that afternoon on the Wednesday, received the results the following Tuesday. It said girl which was confirmed at our gender scan 🎀
