Renewed my policy and it had gone down in price for the same cover! Also spoke with a trainee called Yousef. Absolutely amazed by how well he handled the call; clear, friendly, concise & knowledgeable - it was as if he’d been working there for years. Huge 10/10!
May have cheapest premium which is great. But come to claim is a different story. Bought gadget insurance and my camera was damaged on holiday. It was a new camera on then from holiday put it to the camera company for repair but as it was not covered under warranty. I claimed for repair. The would not settle the claim!!! What’s the point of insurance don’t use
Had to make a claim on my travel insurance for a hospital visit - I was expecting it to be long and tedious but it was actually really easy to call them to file the claim. I was missing one document they needed, again I was expecting the claim to be refused but alas they paid it in full. Really good service for an insurer. Definitely recommended.
