Waited more than usual to be seen. Collection of glasses cancelled. I was not contacted when glasses were ready I had to phone.

I felt really relax they went in to great detail to explain everything what was happening and even down to the assistants on the shop floor who helped me pick the glasses very professional really pleased with the service and of course my new glasses

I let the optician know that my eyes…

I let the optician know that my eyes change from day to day so it felt like the glasses was not helping me, So I thought. The optician rebooked me straight away and gave me another full eye test. In the end we agreed that I keep same glasses and if I have any more issues. I have the other prescription ready just incase needed. Left the optician very happy with the service, and felt reassured that if I have any issues within the next three month I can change. Very good service. would recommend to my friends or family
