Service In Store was good, other elements lacking

I thought the service in store was very good but there were issues with applying my work voucher, taking payment and collecting my glasses. This meant that things were delayed and not communicated.

Best experience.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I recently received. Throughout interacting with George, I felt incredibly comfortable, welcomed and genuinely valued. George’s commitment to ensuring my satisfaction with the final choice of glasses was evident, as he suitably guided me through the selection process with comprehensive explanations and clear direction since I was trying to find the best option for sunglasses prescribed glasses. This helped me to finalise in my decision, knowing that my needs were truly understood. Joe who handed the glasses to me when I collected them was also really nice by offering me a choice in the preferred case and ensuring the glasses were a good fit on me.
