Glasses absolutely fine

Glasses absolutely fine. Delivery service appalling.Specsavers say on website they use royal mail.But on this occasion they used dx express a courier company that has a one star rating on this website.Unreliable and untrustworthy.I waited in all day only to be told by email that I was out and glasses couldn't be delivered.Took 3 more rescheduled delivery dates and more lies by dx to get glasses.Not good enough from a company like Specsavers.Won't be using again.

Audiologist not great

Audiologist is not great at the Sheffield Moor branch. I bought a pair of Signia C&G IX hearing aids for just under £3000. The audiologist fitting them was rummaging around for a pair of buds size M, not organised at all. He called me back two weeks later to see how the aids were working for me and the right aid hadn’t been working at all. He swapped it and all seemed better then he was about to dismiss me when I reminded him he was going to pair my aids to the app. He tried several times unsuccessfully then suggested I visit a branch closer to my home to get them paired. I visited that branch today and they’re shocked that this was suggested. I’ve made another appointment at the Moor on Saturday and if they can’t pair the aids I’ll hand them back for a refund. I’m not happy with the aftercare at all

Slough Specsavers are excellent

Slough Specsavers are excellent I have used them for many yearsAnd the two for one deal is unbeatable compared to other retail units.I went yesterday for a check upI was greeted by Edward and withing minutes I was offered standard or advanced testing for an extra £5 Special Thanks to Miche who run a host of diagnostic tests And finally to Sunita who did my reading tests.Thankfully my eyesight is stable and didn’t require any further prescription changes .I would wholeheartedly recommend the Slough Branch especially Miche who I would give 5 ***** for excellent customer service.

Great Experience

I visited Specsavers in Walthamstow on Saturday 8th of November to buy a new frame for my lenses, and I have to say the service was absolutely outstanding! Shakil was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout – nothing was too much trouble. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I found the perfect frame to suit my lenses.What really impressed me was how everyone in the store bent over backwards to help, including the branch manager who personally stepped in to make sure everything was sorted perfectly. The whole team showed genuine care and attention, which made me feel truly valued as a customer.A big thank you to Shakil and the entire Specsavers team for such prompt, first-class service – you’ve definitely earned my loyalty!
