Optician was fantastic. After that no one came near me! Chose my own frames - no help at all. Then no one to order them for me, had to wait ages and ages. Whole visit took a very long time.I wasn’t impressed with this visit to be honest. I am glad the business is busy, but they should ensure there are adequate staff to help those with appointments.
Appointment was on time, all went smoothly and professionally. Staff knowledge is excellent from the examination to the selection of glasses and explaining the differences in the lenses.Thoroughly recommend Specsavers and I must add, I've worn glasses since I was 5 years old. I'm now a pensioner and this is the best I've been treated in years.
There was a problem with the glasses, and they did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, I was away after picking them up, and when I returned it was a couple of days past the 100-day free return period. They were totally intransigent and would not even consider a discussion, even though the glasses were completely useless. They had obviously got the prescription wrong, but would do nothing to correct it.
All the staff members were welcoming, polite and made you feel at ease. The (Kingsbury Branch, London NW9) are absolutely amazing, especially: Paris (registration), Jiya and Meena (digital retinal photography), Nike (diagnostics) and Mamura (eye tester). All lovely, pleasant ladies.
