Specsavers, High Row, Darlington, supplied my hearing aids a few years ago, since then the after sales service has been superb. Always convenient and nothing is a trouble to them. I had a problem with my hearing aids, and visited again yesterday. I once again got great service and walked away with the hearing aids fixed. Very happy.
We were greeted when we entered the store and the actual eye test was carried out by a very friendly capable person ( can't remember his name unfortunately ) We were then helped with choice of frames by another very nice lady and weren't rushed in any way . My husband then had a free hearing test. We were very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.
All the staff were so helpful and reassuring. They were very efficient and I was seen on time. No time wasted. I felt very at home and was not in any way anxious. I always enjoy going to Specsavers but this was an important session for me as I had a cataract operation on both my eyes but I now have reading glasses and can see very clearly. So thank you all.
Thorough eye test. Good selection of glasses. Nothing is too much trouble when ensuring glasses are comfortable and with correct vision when collecting and beyond.In addition my cataract assessment was within one week of them referring me to a clinic. Very impressed.Only positive comments for North Walsham Spec Savers.
Having used the Stonehaven branch for all my spectacle wearing years I keep going back for the great staff, professional service and range of glasses at reasonable prices.This visit was due to me losing my best pair and then Standing on my backups so not a good week !!Thankfully the team at Stonehaven got new glasses ordered and even managed to reglaze a couple of old pairs that I kept for some reason saving me quite a few ££
