I recently visited Specsaveres in Norwich and was absolutely fantastic by the service I received. Since the moment I walked in the team was welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my needs, offering expert advice on frames styles and lenses. A special mention to Callum for him excellent customer care. He went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I can confidently say this was one of the best experience I've had with the optician. Highly recommend.
Overall a very good experience. The staff were very hospitable, professional, polite & patient. Aleeza & Nila responsible for registering & the initial eye test were very good at their respective jobs engaging not only with me but with every customer with utmost professionalism & politeness.Optometrist Nikita Patel deserves a special mention for her excellent people skills, calmness, knowledge, helpfulness, patience & being absolute thorough in what she was doing. She is a very good listener. She is an asset to the company. Hafza, responsible for frame selection/choice & spectacle dispensing was a very patient, professional & polite member of staff. She did her job very thoroughly & had answers to every question that was asked.Please keep up the excellent work you all do.
I would like to commend M/S Charlotte Revolta for the excellence of the prescription she issued to me on the 23rd June 2025 following my return visit to Specsavers after my Cataract procedures on both eyes at Exeter Eye earlier this year which she had recommended.The balance between distance and near is exactly what I needed for driving.Thank you.May I also mention Samantha who handled the handover and fitting of the Specsavers glasses(Turboflex T33)so brilliantly.Thank you all at Exeter Specsavers for your professionalism.Mike Dean.
