Crawley Branch not good at all too many staff at the reception and there is an Asian Staff member whose name starts with "M" always loiteriing around the reception and doing nothing when i go into the shop and to day 27th June he orders a young staff member to clean my glasses and now the male young staff member gives it to the female young staff member - passing the buck not good at all
Specsavers me contacted every step of the way as to when my glass's would be available. I missed a message so still kept my appointment. There was a delay in my glass's arriving.I walked into the shop and the staff were very pleasant and tried every way to help the situation and got another appointment for me. Always a good experience.
