Visited local branch in Hartlepool for ear syringing. Cost paid was £60. Two days later I developed an ear infection. I returned to branch saying it was luck of the draw and nothing could be done. My ears now filling with wax on top of the infection resulting in deafness. Adviser told me to see GP. I persisted and eventually manager gave me a refund. NEVER AGAIN will I or my friends use or recommend specsavers. Beware
Booked appointment on the phone was able to book my chosen Optician, Victoria. When I arrived didn't have to wait long before scans and pressure carried out. I had a thorough eye test. No problems discovered chose my glasses and they were fitted very expertly. Overall meet with very knowledgeable people.
Specsavers ReviewStaff were polite and attentive. Very professional. Each step in the process was explained. Plenty of choices of glasses available. Not the cheapest on the market but your eyes are a one off ( except for cataracts) so it is an important investment. Also the hours in a day you wear them it is important to be comfortable as well as functional. Many thanks to the lovely staff at Ashby de la Zouch.
