From start time finish the staff at the North end branch where professional and welcoming, the young lady who tested my eyes was absolutely amazingly put my at ease and talked me through everything and looking forward to my next visit thank you.
The prescription appeared to be completely incorrect. Ordered glasses after eye test, received glasses for distance which was incorrect. These were replaced with an intermediate prescription. Still wrong. Asked for refund. Staff kept mentioning varifocals which I’ve never been told I need. Very strange and frustrating experience.
The staff are always polite , smiley and welcoming. They are punctual with the service and stay on time with appointments.The Optitions have a very friendly attitude , I have seen many different ones over the years and all are very nice.The service for finding new glasses is always very helpful,informative and honest. They are very obliging if you want a different colour of a particular style.I would recommend this store very highly.
