The optician I saw could have been more patient when doing the eye tests for me. She is very professional so she knew what she was saying. Yet, I needed a bit of time to digest and to react. Afterwards, a male assistant helped me with some further tests and choose glasses. He was very patient and made me feel relaxed.
I went in on the day to book an appointment, one staff was in the process of booking appointment for me, another staff came forward and said to me if l don’t mind l can be seen that very day. I was attended to that very day. The optician was very professional, she did all necessary checks and other staff too that attended to me on that day did well. I was made feel very welcome. I had this experience at Hackney branch on the 12/06/2025.
Specsavers have always been the Company that I go to because they look after you because you know that the eye tests are through my last test on my eyes was like an m.o.t test and told what test found dry gritty eyes and I received wipes to treat my eye lids which I do every 3days and I do feet the benefit of the test and the wipes.
