Once again Specsavers Minehead exceeded my all expectations. The Customer Service was second to none right from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with a smile & my questions were answered knowledgeably and politely. I left, feeling like I’d been treated wlth respect & dignity
Very nice premises, well laid out and clean. Welcoming staff and friendly service. Efficient and caring, well informed throughout. Only criticism would be time keeping, recognise can be difficult when dealing with customer with varying needs but keeping waiting clients informed eases tension !
