I had noticed a change in my reading ability and I had a change of medication which according to the info sheet could result in a type of Glaucoma which runs in my family.The Optician read the notes I had brought and gave me a very comprehensive eye test and eye health check. Everything was OK except that needed a change in reading prescription, Very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Got to say my experience at Specsavers in Birkenhead was fantastic the assistant Faith was very helpful and very professional from start to finish she made me feel very comfortable even helped me choose my new glasses which I love couldn’t have asked for for more to be honest so it’s a 5 star review from me and Thankyou Faith for everything 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
I had a sight test after surgery on my eye . They were very thorough and gave me a new perscription . But for the fact i had had an eye test before i would not have known i had a macular hole jn my left eye thank you specsavers for being so thorough all good .
