Review Time
I was looked after by Lewis from the start he did my eye health check and after my eye test helped me choose new glasses he was very pleasant and gave me good advice. I haven’t picked up my new specs yet but hopefully they will be an improvement on the ones I have now.
Raised a complaint over 2 weeks ago. Followed the (automated) guidance recieved in response to dm them on favebook. Shed loads of requests to provide them with details, they had & were in my review already, followed . Over 3 weeks! No personal contact or enquiries... just C&P templated dms. A crappy & unnecessary customer experience just got worse! No value in offering these guys feedback.
Mahnoor the optician was fantastic. She cared and explained everything with passion empathy and detail giving me a clear understanding of my eye health. There was no pressure to purchase anything at the end of the consultation - just excellent service and explanations throughout. Thank you mahnoor & team at Sheffield south.
