Don't go to spec savers

Dreadful. Had 1 pair refunded as they broke but not for the total amount so I feel short changed. I need another appointment as another pair can't be worn due to poor fitting. The product is terrible. Go to boots or an independent.

Once you finished the eye test without going further to get a glass from them, the attitude of staff will be impolite and make you feel bad. Phone them up to grab the GOS3 for over a week without any response.

Collection of specs

Went to pick up my glasses and the service was every bit as good as the eyesight test. Very polite young man, very good and knowledgeable. Helpful and courteous.

a BIG thank you to BIANCA .

a BIG thank you to one of the most friendly and professional ladies in the Specsavers group : Bianca from the Kolonnade branch . Than you for your approach and help with regards to my mom's glasses that had a wash in our washing machine , and ended up skew and in 2 x pieces. You took it upon yourself to speak to the repairs gentleman , and had my mom's (very old) glasses fixed at NO COST. As a SASSA pensioner my mom is grateful not to have paid a cent for the repairs. Thank you Bianca for phoning me within 2 hours after handing in the glasses , to the point where you confirmed that the glasses are ready for collection , and handling me with the utmost respect even though we did not pay for the repairs. SPECSAVERS and many other retail shops need more people like you. God Bless. Werner Engelbrecht.
