Well I sent my computer to the company you guys recommended and received it back but the computer still doesn't work. I never even heard what was wrong with it. I bought the biggest warranty because I need to know I can rely on my computer I need to talk to someone who can help me because I am at a loss.
It was easy to contact for repair service. I filled out the online form and was contacted the next day. I was given the number of the repair shop to schedule the repair. Parts were shipped to my house and arrived on Thursday, within 3 days. The repair shop arrived the following Monday at 1:00 pm. (The time they said they would be there was 2:00pm-3:00pm). Was fixed within 1/2 hour. The repair technician was professional and courteous.
