Not a good experience

My phone completely stopped working. I was able to get online ot Allstate and told to go to a repair place 30 minutes away. I could not call to make an appointment as my phone was not working. Repair shop said there was nothing to do, needed new phone. I got on the chat, since I couldn't call and was told I would have a phone delivered the next day. Then a thing came up about 24-48 hours. I made a comment about that and did not receive a response. The next night, no phone, so got on the chat again, was told that I had to wait 48 hours to wait and hear from them. Chatted again at 48 hours was told, that I was told 1 - 2 business days, which is not the same as 24-48 hours. 2 business days chatted again, saying difficulty finding replacement. In the meantime I had no phone, no way to call in for jury duty to see if I had to go, no way to call my boss about my work schedule and so forth. Finally received a notice with Fed Ex tracking for a phone. Next day tracking still stated package had not been received by them, so back to the chat. Was told it was being shipped by Amazon. Asked for tracking and they sent me a To be determined number and did not put me on the email so I could get notifications. Meanwhile it said I had to be home to sign for it yet no idea when it would come. Was told Sunday, but I was scheduled to work. I can't take off to stay home all day and wait for a package. Work a minimum wage job with no PTO. Spent hours on the chat waited a week and 2 days to get a phone, never had tracking, fortunately Amazon left the phone even though I wasn't home. Now if this had been a broken TV, microwave or some other thing waiting 9 days would have been fine, but a phone is extremely important. The chats were long wait times on a couple of days even though it said wait time was 10 minutes. Very bad experience. The new reconditioned phone was in good shape and works well.

Experience good but when I went to start the process I had to resubmit the receipt even though I put it in when purchased. Thank goodness I still had them available.

My washer stopped working

My washer stopped working and when I filed my claim that day. They were able to come out in a few days, but the wrong part was ordered. So, the repair technician that came out had to order new parts and he was able to repair my washer just a few days later. Overall, it wasn't too bad. The GE technician wouldn't be out for over a week. I got the repairs in under a week.

Our Samsung refrigerator was replaced!

Our Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker had been a problem from the start.Ice maker would release water, chipped and cubed ice in a glass.Parts were replaced within the 1st month.Then the ice maker stopped making ice.I never expected that our insurance plan would send a brand new refrigerator.Pleasantly surprised. Everything seems to be working. Hopefully we won’t have any problems in the future.

My most happiest time is when I…

My most happiest time is when I Purchase from Wal-Mart, is knowing that I can buy a warranty (for most Electrical Devices). A coverage that does more for me than the manufacturers warranty especially since my husband who has found more than one way to mess up/wreck/Kill, etc... a cell phone. And it doesn't help that Wal-Mart doesn't carry the BLU series protectors in their stores. You have to order it and have it mailed to your home!!

Have not had an update in weeks

Have not had an update in weeks. Could not turn off iPhone but did it in time of the 10 day time frame. The n 6-2-25 emailed update that it was off the device. It's been 14 days with no update and still stating it's in repair.
