Once i gave all the info about the unit it was very fast emailed a shipping label sent it and fixed and returned in a weeks time

Controller Repair

Dear Walmart/Allstate Protection Plan/Customer Support,I am reaching out regarding my recent controller repair. When I originally sent in my controller, it was in excellent condition. However, upon receiving it back, I noticed that the rubber grips on the handles were ripped and torn—damage that was not present when I shipped it out.While I appreciate that the original issue I sent it in for was corrected, I don’t believe it’s fair to receive the controller back in worse cosmetic condition than when it was sent. I take great care of my equipment and was disappointed to see this damage.Could you please advise on how this issue can be resolved? I would appreciate your help in making this right.Thank you,Gabriel Soto

Everything up until the wait was good

Everything up until the wait was good. The main thing was that once I filed my claim, I was supposed to have an email sent to me within 1-2 business days, but then I wasn't sent the email at all within 1 month and had to contact customer service. I have not received the email yet, but I was told to wait 1-2 business days once again, so once that amount of time has passed, I will see if I finally receive the email, and my service will be completed.
