Compant declines to cover a Valve cover replacement on a 2014 X5 insured with them. Says we should pay half of it. Why does it say in the warranty terms they pay all of it?? Breach of contract

Place is a joke.

Stated they covered something and when I went to go file a claim they denied it and said it wasn't covered. They said it was in the contract, however, the information that was told and provided to us at NFM said it was covered, with Allstate Protection Plans clearly on the pamphlet shown to us. This place is a joke. So, I cancelled my plan and now they pro-rated the amount I paid because it was over 30 days from when I purchased the protection plan. I live in a state where the weather changes from day to day, so I was excited when they said weather damage was covered. PSYCH... it's not. Don't get their protection plan.

This company acted in bad faith

This company acted in bad faith, failed to honor a warranty contract, and is now avoiding communication after the BBB case was closed unresolved. My emails bounce, and I have a signed affidavit on file. I am preparing formal complaints to the Colorado Attorney General and FTC. If this is not resolved immediately, I will also consider filing with small claims court under breach of warranty.

I was never repaid for the first service call, and i had already made arrangements for the second when you decided to refund the entire amount, so i did get the check for the original amount, but never for the other service calls and the second amount of $200 for the spoiled food i had to throw out.

STAY CLEAR OF ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY…

STAY CLEAR OF ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE THROUGH ALLSTATE. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Avoid any extended warranty service as it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The extended warranty is a joke and a waste of money, leaving me disappointed and realizing I paid for nothing. They failed to show up yesterday, transferred my calls multiple times, and now they’re saying they won’t arrive until next week—leaving me without a fridge for over a week. Never again!

The most deceptive business out there

EDIT: Since when does a company require you to plug a tv into a surge protector??? That is there reason for denying the coverage. The most deceptive, outright despicable warranty plan/company I have ever dealt with in my 58 years on this planet. They will find every which way to not pay. I have a Vizio TV. Only 4 months old. It continues to disconnect from WiFi. It will not let me log back in and we cannot watch the television. They made every excuse. I let it go because the tv was ok for a couple of weeks and now it’s back to the same thing and I have to call the and start this all over. Yesterday, my father’s tv screen went black. There is nothing we can do. He filed a claim online and called today. They told him there was a power surge in our area so it's denied. Absolute lie. The people you speak to aren’t even on the same country!! WTF are they even talking about. My father is 86 and that’s the excuse they give him? I called them back and was told the same nonsense and I refuse to stand down. I recorded all of our calls. The sheer incompetency of this business and their employees is unacceptable!! We just want our money back and they can come take these giant paperweights if they want. The absolute nerve to think I’m going to throw hundreds of dollars in the toilet because the product they’re supposed to cover doesn’t work after a few months and they decide it’s just too bad? What did we purchase the warranty for?? FFS I just bought my TV in January and it’s only May. Stop offering protection plans if you’re just going to make reasons up to not pay.
