The common run around that is noted numerous times on your site. A promise to send a check to cover my CCTV only to be denied later, then getting the run around again..."oh, you didn't provided the proper paperwork, which I did. If this gets posted, a generic reply will surface and a phone call.

Square Trade/Allstate does not want to honor their committment!

So far, this company has REFUSED to pay a valid claim saying that I have failed to provide 4 pieces of data that I have both emailed and uploaded SEVERAL times and after speaking to company representatives in India several times. Without contacting me, Allstate CLOSED my claim TWICE because they wanted more information...the same information already uploaded and emailed. Apparently, they did not like the FORMAT - something out of my control. FOLLOWUP - Yet again, I went through my eBay account and created a screen capture of the SAME requested information. In Photoshop, I added four BOLD RED ARROWS pointing to the four requested pieces of information. I uploaded this image and called the company.This time I was fortunate and connected with a representative in Florida who spoke and understood American English.He filed a new Claim for me (since the previous two had been closed by Allstate).ALLEGEDLY, I will be receiving a prorated check within 2 weeks.IF anyone from Allstate reads this, do not sell policies that you do not want to honor! YES, you are in business for profits, but you are ALSO selling a service! HONOR it!

Siad is a professional employee, knowledgeable courteous and kind.

I am a senior (91), with 45 years’ experience with Lockheed Martin, Missile and Space Company. I was a salaried employee which would also require me to evaluate potential employees. My interview was to evaluate and determine if the person would be a good fit for our Company and their assigned area Your employee “Siad” was assigned to evaluate my microwaves performance. Siad then went well above what an average employee would. He then spoke with a senior employee which they collectively determined the microwave was beyond repair and would send me a full purchase price refund.Siad was courteous and went above what would be expected of most employees. He was so very courteous, patient and a perfect gentleman. His English was so perfect I knew he was here in the USA. I finally asked what country he was in, he replied to Karachi Pakistan, I almost fainted. I told him his command of the English language (and pronunciation) was perfect and professional. Siad speaks better English than many of our USA citizens.Siad is a keeper. I can tell he will move up the ladder during his working life, and everyone will admire him. Walter L. Machado
