Once submitted, things went quickly and problem was fixed

Once I was able to download the info to submit a claim, everything else was a very pleasant experience.Just getting the download to submit took weeks.

No communication between customer and company. Only through emails. No way to correct, escalate or insure your item is replaced instead of refunded.

Highly Disappointed

I bought a drone on a really good Christmas special at half off. When I got the warranty with the drone, I assumed that if anything happened, I would be able to replace my drone and everything would be fine. However when something actually happened and I needed to replace my drone. The company told me that the protection plan only covers what I paid not the item itself. That doesn’t make sense to me when I’m left with half the money that I needed to buy a new product so I am now without any drone until I can afford the other half. I am very disappointed in the way this happened and the resolution when I called after all of this was there was nothing they could do and that was how it was. I feel like more could’ve been done or offered. I even asked for a replacement instead of a refund because that’s all I wanted was the drone but instead they sent me a check. I am very unhappy and I have no drone now I do not recommend for anyone to get this protection plan if you bought the item on sale because you’re not going to be able to replace it with your protection plan.

Sara made it happen

Sara made it happen. Parts delivery was horrible. First came the wrong part. Then the second part was backordered. We were without a stove for 3 weeks. Sara said she woud get us the needed part asap. And she did. Within 2 days we were back to cooking. Ten days after the fix, Whirpool finally sent us the correct part.
