We will never buy a plan again. Even though we had 3 witnesses to the tv screen doing what it did as it was powered up, Sony denied the claim. They concluded by 1 grainy picture they had me send, that it was caused by damage we did. Their site does not allow for good quality pictures to be downloaded and the fact they based this decision off 1 picture is insulting. There are no marks on the screen where something hit it. The damage is internally where pixels malfunctioned or something. They refused to take tv and look at it. Their resolve was to offer us to buy a new tv at more of a cost than the one we have. I will never buy Sony again. I have reached out to Costco corporate also with our experience, would be nice if someone has to answer to someone with them too.
I purchased my protection for my Midea U-shaped AC. I was told that I would receive a replacement. However, the ones that I were offered were not U-Shaped. They could not find me the same kind so I was offered a refund. I decided to go with a different brand and style and I’m glad that I did. Thank you Allstate for honoring my warranty!
I was very impressed with the insurance I got for my glasses at Sam’s. I had never done that before and it is awesome. I put a claim before the year was up and the insurance covered the cost of glasses. I have been telling friends and strangers about Allstate coverage.
My claim was approved on 4-9-2025 for i phone to be replaced and wass told phone would be sent out in one to two buisness days.this went into the weekend and on the following Monday contacted sqaure trade asking for tracking number. no number issued said it would be another 1-2 buis ess days,well 3 days no response called agai no tracking number,said give them 1-2 buisness days,now into another weekend 2nd suporvisor who has no idea whats going on.day 16 called yet another supervisor no tracking number no idea why no phone has been sent.told to wait 1-2 buisnessdays again to try and find out where the problem lies that no replacement has ever been issued.i have been without a phone 16 days that i was told 3 different days i had to stay at home to sign for phone that was never sent.so 16 days without phone,3 whole days lost having to stay home because i was told phone was being shipped and have to sign for it.I had seen on sqaure trade site that after 5 days issue not resolvedthey would send out replacement value check,well still nothing.Very very bad customer service for something i have already paid for sqaure trade!very bad
