although eventually problem was solved, it took over a month without a washer. communication was poor. received emails from 2-3 different sources so didn't know what to look for. received message with tech appt., waited and no one showed. called Allstate and they said that they decided washer wasn't worth fixing. but they had also sent a part. when opened it was for a refrigerator? I spent so much time waiting and trying to get in touch with someone. Received a text one week before the appt saying that a technician was on the way. very confusing. right hand doesn't seem to know what left hand is doing.
I been calling to get my stove repair and honestly you guys dropped the ball . Every time I call you guys tell me it will get resolved 1-2 business days . My claim was open March 24 and now it’s April 21 . It’s been almost a month and you haven’t sent a technician to fix my stove that has warranty that we bought . It feels like you guys don’t want to fix it and the insurance is a fraud . I missed worked to be here for a repair person since they only work Monday to Friday from 8-5pm . You guys are making it hard for the claim .Carla Ojeda
