Follow through with claim resolution…

Follow through with claim resolution was timely. Having to go through the Ailson AI first when calling on the phone was frustrating but the representatives who took the phone call were courteous and knowledgeable and helped to reach a satisfactory resolution to my claim.

I was given 3 choices of replacement…

I was given 3 choices of replacement tv. When I went to choose the one I wanted went away I guess it was no lomger available. I have never r seen nor heard of this brand or XUMO. It's a tv that's works. Just not what I wanted.
