The process was a little disjointed…

The process was a little disjointed because after calling to the rep and before the tech came out to work on the washer, the initial parts ordered were not what we needed to get the washer fixed. So the tech had to order the correct parts and we had to wait another week before the washer was up and running again.

Good service.It would have been nice if…

Good service.It would have been nice if I was contacted that the phone was fixed.I had a call a few times but they quickly got the phone back to me.Probably a little over a week and a half.
