Totally seamless and very easy

Totally seamless and very easy. We told Allstate about the issue with our machine and they replaced it right away with a new machine. We threw the old broken item. I will recommend them.

All State actually fixed the laptop

All State actually fixed the laptop. Microsoft would not open the laptop and replace any parts to fix the laptop. They were only willing to swap the unit for another one with a different internal problem.

I really liked how simple and easy it was to make the claim. It was my son’s device and they were very quick and very descriptive about each step of the process. I was hesitant before but now that we have sent and received our fixed tablet we are very happy with the end result!
