All State actually fixed the laptop

All State actually fixed the laptop. Microsoft would not open the laptop and replace any parts to fix the laptop. They were only willing to swap the unit for another one with a different internal problem.

They were prompt in responding

They were prompt in responding, fast return of my speaker, however both times the speaker DID NOT work and still doesn’t !!! I had to leave my home for a few months, so was not able to request a third repair!! Very disappointed.

I was able to get my reimbursement for my phone the next business day I turned in the phone with mailing label. This time I was also able to find a phone case online at reasonable cost to help with future breakages.

I bought the insurance. The Vacuums battery didn't work. I filed a worked order for the battery, but know responsed to my email. What a joke. Still today I haven't heard from anyone.
