Terrible experience, lies, lies, and more untruths. Ordered 28 December, delivered 25 February. Many lies, BS, false promises in between. It was only one item, so an easy order. I was never once told the truth. I actually wrote off to ever get it and would have been happy to never hear from this company again. Will never deal with them again
I have previously ordered from STEP without incident, however in December last year I placed another order and they got the quantity wrong although I paid in full. After December recess I was promised that the balance of the order would be sent asap. I'm still waiting!!!!! after numerous repeat attempts to follow up I am simply now being ignored. Order #10349
Delivery time was a concern. I believe it took more than 6 weeks for my products to be delivered. I had an option to buy the product somewhere else and dint know it would take this long. had I known, I would have rather paid more money than to wait for 6 weeks.
