I placed and paid for my order with Step Building Supplies on 16/12/2022. I enquired about the status of my order on 03/01/2023. Requested cancellation of my order and a refund on 19/01/2023. After having sent in the completed paperwork for my refund and not receiving ANY further feedback regarding the matter, I received a dispatch notice on 22/01/2023. The communication channels of STEP Building supplies are clearly not monitored or followed through from different departments. A product that I no longer required was delivered to me after absolutely no enquiry or follow-ups from STEP was made regarding my request for a refund.I would not recommend them or buy from them ever again.
Ordered a single phase 63amp narrow db mount changeover (exactly as the picture on your website!)switch which i needed urgently on the 12\12\2022. Received the wrong part,(not the same as the picture on your site) a broad switch in February 2023. I cannot use that switch as it doesn't fit in my db board.
I placed my order in the first week of December 2022, I was sent a notification stating that the order would be delivered within seven days. I subsequently followed up seven days later and was told that the supplier had delays a further seven days passed, and the shipping division informed me that the order was released and on its way. I subsequently followed up again and nothing. I emailed after reading the reviews in Hello Peter where several customers have paid and never received their order. Do not order from this company their service is really bad their customet communication is worse.
