Didn't keep to your 3-7 days only got my stuff on day 11 which was way too late I had to make other plans!Staff was unprofessional.The phones does not get answered I called 3pm the one day 10 TIMES no answer your hours say until 4pm???I asked a Director to call me email said 1-2 business days I am still waiting it is day 5.So basically the whole company is just NOWHERE this was the WORST online shopping experience for me EVER.Which I could give you a 0 star rating unfortunately 1 is the worst the system allows!You will really need to do a deep dive into this company and how things are being done.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. It took 20 days to receive my order with no communication other than an email telling me to be patient. I will never use your service again and will definitely not recommend your business to anyone else. A phone call would have been nice....
The initial service was good, however when it came to delivery of the items you fall very short of your 3 to 7 days delivery. The items were orded on the 22/9/2022. To date I'm still waiting for the delivery of the outstanding items. Not a good experience.
TLDR; Delivery slower than expected, service only appeared when trying to cancel the order.My order was done with a batch of orders of about 4, 3 from other vendors, and one from Step. The delivery from the other vendors was completed in no more than 4 working days. Step took nearly 2 weeks.They eventually called to state that part of the order was waiting on stock, but they showed available on bidOrBuy. Only once I requested a cancellation of my order did the service appear to try and get my order expedited. They shipped the parts they had and then separately shipped the remainder of the order a few days later.In the future, I will look to other vendors to fulfill my BidOrBuy electronic's order before using Step. That's to say they do fulfill the orders and have a wide selection, but I prefer getting the parts for my projects slightly quicker.Thanks to Step for trying to expedite the order when the issue was raised.
