When eventually I got a hold of Step Building Supplies, I insisted to speak to a manager.I was refused to speak to a manager about the service and delay. Instead the product was just shipped to me without me talking to a manager to say why I am dissatisfied with the service.So thank you Step Building Supplies, I will, where I can write a review of how I was treated with your lack customer care and terrible service.
